TRACEABILITY
Packaging can be rapidly identified using information such as the sterilization method used and the manufacturing and expiration date, equipment, cycle temperature, sterilizer number, lot number, operator and surgical kit code.
STANDARDIZATION
The use of labels and labelers allows processes to be implemented in a standardized manner, allowing a high level of quality to be attained rapidly and with ease.
SAFETY
The double-layer adhesive guarantees proper identification throughout the entire sterilization process.
DOUBLE-LAYERED ADHESIVE
The first layer must be fastened to the packaging prior to sterilization. The second layer is used to complete medical records once the process has been completed. The labels are provided with a highly-adhesive glue that ensures that they remain properly fastened during each stage of the sterilization process, regardless of the type of packaging used.
